Tracking numbers will be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. The package must be signed for when it is delivered. Parcels cannot be left by request.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes; these are not included in your purchase. These charges are responsibility and liability of the purchaser and not hej hej.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Delays caused by insufficient delivery information or customs clearance process are out of our control.
